• A cancellation before 60 days of scheduled travel
  the date will attract 10% of the package charges
  cancellation.
• Cancellation falls in between 59-30 days of
  scheduled travel date will attract 20% of the
  package amount.
• Cancellation falls in between 29-15 days of
  scheduled travel date will attract 25% of the
  package amount.
• Cancellation falls in between 14-08 days of
  scheduled travel date will attract 50% of the
  package amount.
• Cancellation falls within 07 days of scheduled
  travel date will attract 100% of the package
  amount.
• Cancellations of packages beyond human
  controls and natural calamities(Like landslides ,
  Heavy Snowfalls, Road Blockage, etc...) political
  disturbances(strikes ) there shall not be refunds.

  • Arrive in the morning and catch an evening return flight/ train for the best results.
  • You may confirm the venue and time for accounted plan meal upon check-in at respective hotels, to avail without fail.
  • Pick-up on arrival day after 06:00 AM.
  • Drop on last day before 06:00 PM.
  • Cab’s A/c may be switched-off whilst hilly drives.
  • Basic category rooms are accounted at the said hotels, if room category not mentioned.
  • Check-in and check-out at hotels/resorts are as per it’s policy.
  • This is quotation only: hence this doesn’t guarantee any form of booking.
  • Room, cab, related services and facilities shall be confirmed/ guaranteed against advance/full payment.
  • Complete payment should be done before the traveling date.
  • Hill station hotels are generally non A/c.
  • Similar class facilities/ services shall be provided, incase failing to serve the committed.
  • Delay or no-show causing by customer to avail any services/ facilities (Like meal plan, scheduled boating, etc…) on right time shall not be compensated/ refunded.
  • Club Travalet holds the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services.
  • Any add-ons in the confirmed tour package will directly influence pricing and participating facilities and services. This need to be taken care of by the customer.
  • Accounting the safety and security, Club Travalet holds the right to postpone or cancel tour packages.
  • Airfare, Rail fare, Busfare, etc are subject to seat availability.
  • Any legal disputes shall fall under Ernakulam jurisdiction only.
