Here are few points about your membership that you should be clear about. Please read each point & acknowledge that you have gone through it.

  1. I/We understand the terms and conditions of the special enrolment offer/s that I/We have chosen at the time of signing/Taken up for Club Travalet membership
  2. I/We confirm having read the membership rules governing allotment of CLUB Travalet membership and agree to abide by the All necessary clarifications and information on the membership rules have been provided to me/us.
  3. I/We understand that in the event of request for cancellation of membership by me us after the recession period, TVTRIPNSTAY HOLIDAYS LTD shall not be liable to refund the membership fees paid to us.
  4. I/We understand that I/We shall be admitted as member to Club Travalet membership only upon realization of the down payment of membership fee and entitled to the benefits of Club Travalet membership only during the membership usage
  5. I/we understand that all the enrolment benefits relating to my/our Club Travalet membership is based on the membership I/We understand the booking a holiday are based on the reservation rules prevailing at the time of booking / request for up gradation / down gradation specific to our product. I/We understand that renting/commercial usage of membership is not allowed.
  1. I/we understand that the number of people who can occupy the room is as follows;1 Room-2adults+2 kids (Below 5 Yrs)
  1. I/we understand that holiday entitlements in excess of 60% of days/Points at any point of time shall automatically
  2. I/we understand that the confirmation for reservation of bonus/regular holiday is subject to availability and eligibility and that bookings for the same open 3 months in advance from the selected holiday
  3. I/we understand that any part payment made by me /us towards any outstanding shall first be appropriated towards interest and then earlier dues/outstanding.
  4. In case of default in payment of any installment by me / us TVTRIPNSTAY HOLIDAYS PVT.LTD shall have the right to terminate my/our Membership and that the terms and conditions mentioned in the Membership Rules shall Further in case of any other action by me/us and/or my/our guests or occurrence which constitutes a criminal offence or breach of house rules, then TVTRIPNSTAY HOLIDAYS PVT.LTD shall have the right to terminate my/our Membership.
  5. I/We understand that TVTRIPNSTAY HOLIDAYS LTD shall have every right to terminate and take appropriate legal action on Me/Our membership if found any act /cause or reason which will affect/damages the brand image by us through Social/Print/e-media or in any form or manner in public platforms.
  6. I/We understand that on purchase of CLUB TRAVALET membership we will receive a wallet wherein points equal to the membership purchased will be credited to our club travalet wallet.
  7. I/We understand a member can purchase Club Travlets top up option for increasing our wallet points, which will also vary month on month.
  8. I/ We confirm that there are no other verbal/ written promises or any other assurances not mentioned in the Membership Rules that have been made by any personnel (Employees /Franchise/Agents) of TVTRIPNSTAY HOLIDAYS LTD .

Instruction by member at the time of enrolment: I/We hereby agree and authorize TVTRIPNSTAY HOLIDAYS PVT.LTD and all of its divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, related parties

and other group companies (collectively the’ TVTRIPNSTAY Entities’)to access my/our basic data/contact details provided herewith, i.e.name, address, telephone number, e-mail, Whatsapp, address, birth date and/or anniversary date/ I/We hereby consent to, agree and acknowledge that any of the TVTRIPNSTAY Entities may call /mail/SMS me/Whatsapp,or in any form of social media on any of the basic contact details shared by me/us, in order to keep me/us informed regarding product details, or send me/us any marketing and other product or service related communication and other offers of any of the TVTRIPNSTAY Entities. I/We provide the details herein at my/our sole discretion and confirm that no TVTRIPNSTAY Entity shall be held responsible or liable for any claim arising out of accessing or using my/our basic data/contact details shared by me/ us. I/We consent to being assigned a unique identity within the TVTRIPNSTAY Group ,to be shared amongst all TVTRIPNSTAY Entities, for the purpose outlined in this paragraph .I/We also agree that if at any point of time ,I/We wish to stop receiving such communications from TVTRIPNSTAY Entities ,I/We will call at TVTRIPNSTAY Private Limited’s designated number 7559900004 and register my/our preference or write to e-mail address /mail address of TVTRIPNSTAY Private Limited, I confirm and agree that Telemarketing Centre of CLUB TRAVALET is authorized to contact me through telephone for communicating promotions, events and benefits related to my membership on my telephone number listed or not on NDNC.I hereby certify that the above details furnished are accurate, I/We have gone through the above listed Terms of CLUB TRAVALET and agree to abide by the same.

TRAVALET MEMBERSHIP RULES

 

 

  1. DEFINITION

 

  • “TVTRIPNSTAY” means and refers to the company viz. TVTRIPNSTAY HOLIDAYS PVT LTD, a private Limited Company, incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, which term wherever applicable, shall include its successors-in-interest and assigns.
  • “MEMBER” which means any Person or Company or Firm or Proprietary Concern in whose name the certificate of Membership is issued by.

“Club TRAVALET“Membership” means membership plan offered by

TVTRIPNSTAY with entitlements and privileges as specified herein.

  • “Rooms” means rooms in properties operated by Owner / third party or by TVTRIPNSTAY which are either fully partly tied up / taken on lease / acquired by any other arrangement by and specifically made available for availing holidays form time to time for use of its members
  • “PROPERTY’ means the hotel/resort/lodging/Tenting/Camping/site where TVTRIPNSTAY have made available rooms form time to time for use of its members
  • IRIS CLUB” is the Membership Plan having One year validity with entitlement of 850 Points .(650 Points on our tieup Properties+ 200 Points for Complimentary Stay).
  • IRIS PLUS” is the Membership Plan having one year validity with entitlement of 2000 Points (1800 Points on our tieup Properties+ 200 Points for Complimentary Stay).
  • ASTER CLUB” is the Membership Plan having three years validity with entitlement of 2130 Points Wherein 710 Points to be availed each year during the Membership Period.(510 Points on our tieup Properties+ 200 Points for Complimentary Stay).
  • ASTER PLUS” is the Membership Plan having three years validity with entitlement of 4500 Points Wherein 1500 Points to be availed each year during the Membership Period.(1300 Points on our tieup Properties+ 200 Points for Complimentary Stay).
  • LAVENDER CLUB” is the Membership Plan having five years validity with entitlement of 4250 Points,wherein 850 Points to be availed each year during the Membership Period. .(650 Points on our tieup Properties+ 200 Points for Complimentary Stay).
  • LAVENDER PLUS” is the Membership Plan having five years validity with entitlement of 10000 Points,wherein 2000 Points to be availed each year during the Membership Period.(1800 Points on our tieup Properties+ 200 Points for Complimentary Stay).
  • TULIP CLUB” is the Membership Plan having seven years validity with entitlement of 7350 Points ,wherein1050 Points to be availed each year during the Membership Period.(850 Points on our tieup Properties+ 200 Points for Complimentary Stay).
  • TULIP PLUS” is the Membership Plan having seven years validity with entitlement of 14000 Points ,wherein 2000 Points to be availed each year during the Membership Period.(1800 Points on our tieup Properties+ 200 Points for Complimentary Stay).
  • LOTUS CLUB” is the Membership Plan having Life time validity with entitlement of 100 Points + One free night stay in “LOVE NEST HOLIDAYS” kanthaloor (Munnar) + Rs.500/- Off gift voucher (Rs.500/- Off on House Boat and Rs.500/- Off on Customized package booked through CLUB TRAVALET). Member can Top Up the points using our recharge option.

ELIXIR” is the Membership Plan having Life time Validity with entitlement of 100 Points.

ELIXIR PLUS” is the Membership Plan having Life time validity with entitlement of 500 Points.

DAFFODILS” is the Membership Plan having Life time validity with entitlement of “0” Points, wherein member can Top Up the points using our recharge option.

I/We understand “INSTA 10 ” is the Membership Plan having 10 Years validity ,with entitlement of, Rs.8000/- worth of room benefits per annum anywhere in India for 10 yrs (with CLUB TRAVALET tied up properties) and Rs.4000/- cash back every financial year upto 10 yrs or if opting for non cash back every year I/We understand that we will receive Rs.50000/- at the end of 10 Yrs.

I/We understand if I/we not interested in availing cash back offer, TVTRIPNSTAY HOLIDAYS PVT.LTS will credit Rs.13000/- worth room benefits in my/our travel wallet every year for the period of 10 Yrs (with CLUB TRAVALET tied up properties across India)

“MEMBERSHIP PERIOD” means validity period of membership plan starting from the date mentioned in the Membership Certificate. The Membership Period shall end on expiry of validity period of membership plan.

“YEAR “means 365 days starting from the date of certificate of Membership.

  • “DAY “means the duration of stay available to the Member starting from check- in time and ending with check-out time. The check-in and check-out time differ from property to property.
  • “NIGHT-means the night per calendar date in context of the definition of “Days”, above.
  • “MEMBERSHIP FEE “means the fees payable by the Member for acquisition of Membership.
  • “RULES” Or” MEMBERSHIP RULES’ “means the Membership Admission Rules and the Membership Usage Rules.

2.     OUR  ASSURANCE

Club Travalet Assurance is an exclusive offering from to its members to pre-fix the dates at the time of enrolment to avail his/her membership holidays. Under this entitlement the Club Travalet member stands a chance to pre-fix his holiday dates for special occasions such as for birthdays/anniversary for self or immediate family members. The option to choose the location is made available 4 months prior to the month of pre-fix dates. The Club Travalet Assured Holidays eligibility is subject to the member confirming the location providing 2 options in the 4th preceding month of the blocked date. Failing to do so will result in the preceding. The Club Travalet Assurance shall be subject to holiday entitlement, waiting period rules, membership rules based on availability and blackout dates. Total 28 blackout dates in all properties are not available for the Club Travalet Assured Holidays program.

3.               ADMISSION

  • Only person above the age of 18 years are eligible to apply for Club TRAVALET Membership.
  • An Applicant admitted as a member of upon the realization of the payment of entire membership fee by TVTRIPNSTAY.
  • The payment shall make the above payments through local cheque or demand draft drawn in favour of M/s TVTRIPNSTAY HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED and payable at Ernakulam.
  • The Certificate shall be sent by email/Whatsapp /Post to the Applicant Min 30 working days after the expiry of the 10 working days from the date of realization of the payment.

4.               ENTITLEMENT

  1. 1 A Member is entitled to occupy specified days/Points mentioned in certificate of membership, either continuously or in separate, during the Membership Period, provided the Member is not in breach of any of his obligations set out in the Rules. Member agrees to comply with the Rules governing in which Member may choose to avail holiday.
    • The renting/commercial usage of membership is not allowed.
    • The maximum number of persons who can occupy the room is 2 adults + 2 kids (below 5 years).
    • The confirmation for reservation is subject to availability and eligibility and those bookings for the same open 3 months in advance from the selected holiday date.
    • Member can request for Holidays starting from one day to maximum eligible Points during a year subject to availability, shall confirm the Holidays requested by issuing Confirmation Voucher.
    • Request for Holidays shall be made by Member as per the procedure and in such format stipulated by from time to time. In case of Joint Membership, primary applicant and co-applicant is entitled to request for Holiday. In case of Company / Firm / Proprietorship Concern, only Authorized person can make requests for Holiday.
    • Member or Holder of confirmation Voucher shall comply with House Rules of the Property.
    • The unutilized days/Points at the end of the Membership period shall lapse.
    • The Membership period will be renewed on such conditions subject to realization of payments stipulated by TVTRIPNSTAY from time to time.

5.                                     PROCESS OF AVAILING HOLIDAYS

  • A Member can avail of a holiday by giving a request for reservation in a form

(s) as may be prescribed by or by logging onto Club Travalet website and by such other methods as may be prescribed by TVTRIPNSTAY from time to time.

  • All holiday reservations shall be done on a first-come-first-serve basis and are consequently subject to eligibility and availability. Request for reservation can be done from 3 months (depending on the prevailing reservation rules) to the commencement of the holiday.
  • The following norms shall apply in the event of cancellation of confirmed holidays. The request for cancellation of confirmed holidays shall be made by

the Member in writing by post or through e-mail. The date of receipt of the request for cancellation by shall be reckoned as the date for the purpose of determining the applicability of cancellation norms.

Up to 10 days before the start date of holiday-re-credit of entire number of days/Points of holiday.

14.From 10 days to 5 days before the start date of holiday, half number of booked days /Points(Fractional days rounded upwards to full day) to a minimum of one day shall be debited.

  • Less than 5 days from the start date of holiday, the entire number of days/Points shall be debited.
  • On confirmation of the availability of the holiday period requested for by the Member, shall issue a confirmation voucher specifying the reservation details including check-in and check-out time to a Member for enjoyment of the holiday The Member shall abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in the confirmation voucher.
  • No request for transfer of confirmation voucher shall be entertained by TVTRIPNSTAY.
  • Notwithstanding anything stated herein above, shall not incur any liability if it is not in a position to fulfill its obligations by reason of any harthal, civil commotion, force majeure, act of God, other notification from any Court of Law or Government or any other reason beyond the reasonable control of
  • TVTRIPNSTAY may levy a waiting period of not more than 30 days for an eligible member to start their holiday entitlement.
  • TVTRIPNSTAY reserves its rights to classify and adopt different rules subject to prior intimation to members.
  • As per the applicable Government Guidelines / Know Your Customer (KYC) norms, the member is liable to submit the required Government issued documents towards his / her/its proof of address and identity at the time of check-in at the property.

6.                                     PRIVILEGES

 

  • Member may split the holiday entitlement and that the minimum number of Days to be utilized for each split is 1 Day.
  • Member may avail 40% of holidays or Points for subsequent years in advance.
  • Any holiday requested for a member would be subject to specific confirmation communication like a confirmation voucher, e-mail, letter that will be issued by TVTRIPNSTAY. Please note that all requests for holiday are subject to eligibility and availability.
  • The unutilized days in any year can be accumulated subject to maximum of 40% of eligible days/Points.
  • Any days in excess of 40% of eligible Points/days at any point of time shall automatically lapse.

7.                                     CONFIRMATION VOUCHER

 

  • As per the applicable Government Guidelines / Know Your Customer (KYC) norms, the member is liable to submit the required Government issued documents towards his / her/its proof of address and identity at the time of check-in at the property.
  • Member can request for cancellation of confirmed Holiday subject to such terms and conditions stipulated by at the time of request (Refer Clause No. B).
  • The Confirmation Voucher is non-transferable.
  • In case for any reason Holidays could not be provided in the property for which confirmation voucher is-issued, shall provide holidays in alternate resort/hotels

8.                                     PAYMENTS

 

  • Member shall pay the Membership Fees as per the price structure offered by In addition to the Membership Fees, Member shall pay applicable Taxes and Levies.
  • Member shall settle and make all payments including taxes and levies for food, beverages and other services availed at the property.
  • The taxes and levies paid are not refundable on any account whatsoever.
  • All payments towards Membership are to be made only by cheque / Demand Draft Automated clearing House / Standing Instruction / Credit Card/Debit Card/Bank Transfer.
  • TVTRIPNSTAY HOLIDAYS PVT LTD is not responsible for members who pay membership fees to any individual bank accounts of its employees /Franchise /Agents/Third Party .

9.                                     ELIGIBILITY

 

  • All payments towards Membership are to be made only by cheque / Demand Draft Automated clearing House / Standing Instruction / Credit Card/Debit Card/Bank transfer.
  • The Member who has paid the Membership Fees in full is eligible to request for Holidays after the issue of Certificate of Membership subject to waiting period as may be stipulated by from time to time.

10.                                PROPERTY

  • The Property in which Holidays are provided by are leased / licensed / tie-up

or owned. The Facilities, Amenities and Services could vary from Property to property. The tariff and charges for the facilities, amenities and services will also vary from property to property.

  • As the property are leased/licensed/ tied-up or owned, the size and specifications of the rooms will also vary from one property to another.
  • The maximum number of occupants / room size / facilities available may vary from one to another in which Members avail Holidays and booking is subject to the occupancy rules of the respective.

11.            TAXES

 

Member/shall be liable to pay all taxes / charges / levies statutory or otherwise imposed by or payable to any Government / local body or any other authority on Membership price or any other charge arising out of purchase and / or use of Membership. Non-payment of taxes and levies shall disentitle the Member from enjoying Holidays and shall amount to breach of contract and result in termination of Membership. For the sake of clarity, the Member’s liability to pay Taxes, aforesaid tax shall include changes in rates to existing Taxes (either prospective or retrospective), enactment of new Taxes, etc.

11.                  CANCELLATION

 

  • The Member is not entitled to cancel the Membership within 10 days from the date of application of Membership and obtain full refund of the payment made subject to deduction of commissions, service charges and Cost of Promotional Offers, if any.
  • After the expiry of 10 days, member is not entitled to refund of the membership fees on any account whatsoever.
  • Members are allowed a period of 10 calendar days from the date of application of Membership to withdraw their membership application and claim a FULL REFUND. If the application of withdrawal duly signed by the Member (in case of Joint application both the Principal Member and Co-applicant) is not received by within the 10 calendar days from the date of application of membership, the members right to claim the withdrawal and the members entitlement to full refund shall lapse. For the purpose of making this important communication on time, recommends Member to use Speed Post / Registered Post / Registered E-mail ID / Courier Services for communicating with. TVTRIPNSTAY shall refund the amount within 60 working days from the date of receipt of valid request for withdrawal of application.
  • TVTRIPNSTAY reserves the right to terminate the on occurrence of any of the following event
    • Breach of Contract by the Member.
    • Default in payment of Membership Price by the Member.
    • Breach of House Rules of Properties.
    • Action resulting to damage Club Travalets Brand Image in public platform.
  • All requests for cancellations shall ordinarily be in writing and signed by the Member / Authorised Signatory and both members in case of joint applications / Company.
  • Appropriation of payments: In case of part payment made by the Members towards any outstanding shall first be appropriated towards interest and then earlier dues/outstanding.

12.                  TRANSFER OF MEMBERSHIP

  • The Membership is transferable during lifetime of the Member /members subject to payment of applicable processing fee and in accordance with conditions and procedure stipulated by TVTRIPNSTAY at its discretion.
  • Upon such transfer, the transferee shall be entitled to avail only the balance no. of days/Points available to the credit of Membership during the unexpired period of Membership.
  • Any such transferee shall be registered as Member only when he / she /it surrenders the Original Membership Certificate, Membership Card and an Authorisation Letter of the previous member for the Transfer. Re-issuance of the Membership Certificate shall be effected within 30 days from the date of submission of transfer application along with necessary documents.
  • Member (either of the Member in case of joint membership) entitled to bequeath his / her right in a Membership (without splitting the Membership) to any one person. No transfer charge is payable to TVTRIPNSTAY in this regard. However, such legatee shall be registered as Member only when he / she surrenders the original Membership Certificate and Membership Card, proof of such bequest and subject to such conditions and production of such documents as may be prescribed by TVTRIPNSTAY in this regard from time to time. Any such legatee shall be entitled to enjoy the the unexpired period of the Membership subject to the terms and conditions contained herein and only after a fresh Membership Certificate is issued.
  • In case of Joint Membership, the Membership is on either or survivor basis. In the event of death of an Applicant / Member the Application / Membership shall be automatically transferred to the surviving Co-Applicant (in the case of joint applications / Memberships) subject to all liabilities and obligations of the deceased and on production of death certificate of the deceased Member and such other documents as requested by TVTRIPNSTAY. A fresh Certificate shall be issued to the survivor on surrendering the original Certificate and if applicable, the Membership Card.
  • In the event of any Applicant / Member dying intestate, the Membership shall be transferred to the legal heirs on production of Death Certificate and Legal Heirship Certificate and such other documents as may be required by A maximum of 2 heirs shall be allowed to inherit the membership in case of single applicant membership.
  • In all cases, the legal heirs / successors to the deceased applicant/member shall be entitled to only the unexpired portion of the Membership on obtaining a fresh Certificate from TVTRIPNSTAY and shall be subject to all liabilities and obligations of the deceased applicant/member.
  • Notwithstanding anything contained hereto, TVTRIPNSTAY shall have the sole right to refuse the transfer of membership to any person
    • who has been refused membership by TVTRIPNSTAY, or
    • having been admitted to TVTRIPNSTAY the membership was terminated/ cancelled for any reason;
  • The terms of the new member will be governed by the membership rules and regulation as applicable on the date of transfer.

13.                  GENERAL

  • The entitlement of the Member is as per the Membership Rules and no other commitment written or oral given by the representatives of TVTRIPNSTAY is valid and binding.
  • All promotional Offers are prerogative of TVTRIPNSTAY and subject to such terms and conditions stipulated by TVTRIPNSTAY from time to time.
  • The allotted Holidays can be utilized only by the Member and the Member is not entitled to exploit the Membership for commercial purposes.
  • All communications will be addressed to the First named Member only. All communications other than request for Holidays to TVTRIPNSTAY shall be made to the address given in the Certificate of Membership/email or Whatssapp.
  • TVTRIPNSTAY reserves its right to modify the procedure / terms under the membership rules without in anyway affecting the basic entitlement of the Member.
  • Notwithstanding anything stated in this Membership Rules, TVTRIPNSTAY shall not be liable if it is not in a position to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure events or court orders or government notifications or any other reason beyond the control of TVTRIPNSTAY.
  • TVTRIPNSTAY reserves the right to add/modify / cancel any destinations/ properties at at its discretion without any notice.
  • TVTRIPNSTAY reserves the right to enter into any arrangements with any company / person / firm / association of person (AOP) for provision of any additional services to the Members. The Members are entitled to utilize such additional services on payment of such charges / fees as maybe applicable / prescribed by TVTRIPNSTAY From time to time.
  • The number of rooms /Points that are available for holidays may vary from time to time. Member accepts differences rooms in a property /location different amenities and facilities. Members confirm and agree not to make any claim whatsoever against TVTRIPNSTAY on the ground that rooms do not have similar amenities or facilities that of another.
  • TVTRIPNSTAY reserves the right to modify / amend / alter the terms and conditions contained herein and / or impose additional conditions at its sole discretion including but not limited to respect of reservation procedure, Privileges (Exchange, Accumulation and Advancing), Transfer of Membership, Access Fee, etc. And same would be communicated to the members as and when the modification, alteration, amendment and addition is done.
  • I/We understand that the terms and conditions received through club travalet mail /Whattsapp will be considered as accepted if I/We do not respond (Regarding-My/Our membership Query /Complaints if any from our end) within 10 days period of time to club travalet mail.
  • The Member shall enjoy holidays without causing any inconvenience or disturbance to other Members / Guests.
  • TVTRIPNSTAY may levy a waiting period of not more than 30 days for an eligible member to start their holiday entitlement.
  • Change of address, if any shall promptly be informed to TVTRIPNSTAY. In case, the Member shifts out of India then he / she / it shall pay such amount as may be fixed by TVTRIPNSTAY From time to time towards increased administrative expenses.
  • The Member’s immediate family members I. e., spouse, parents, children (up to 18 years of age) are excluded from the payment of guest fees/charges.
  • The authorized person in whose favor confirmation voucher is issued shall produce the proof of identity on request from TVTRIPNSTAY.
  • In case of any complaints, the parties shall resolve the issue amicably. In any case, all unsolved complaints shall be referred only to Arbitration and Jurisdiction shall be Ernakulum, Kerala.

  2. I/We confirm having understood the membership rules governing allotment of Club Travalet Membership and agree to abide strictly by the same. All necessary clarifications and information on the membership rules have been provided to me/us up to our satisfaction.
  3. I/We understand that in the event of request for cancellation of membership by me/us, TVTRIPNSTAY HOLIDAYS PVT LTD shall not be liable to refund the membership fees paid to us.
  4. I/We understand that I/We shall be admitted as member to Club Travalet membership only upon realization of the entire membership fee and entitled to the benefits of Club Travalet membership only during the stipulated membership usage period/Points.
  5. I/We understand that renting/commercial usage of membership is not allowed.
  6. I/We understand that the number of people who can occupy the room is 2 adults + 2 kids (below 5 years).
  7. I/We understand that only 40% of holiday entitlement Points of the year/Points shall be allowed to carry forward to subsequent year subject to validity of membership. Anything in excess of 40% of holiday entitlement Points of the year shall automatically get lapsed. Carry forward shall not be allowed beyond membership validity period.
  8. I/We understand that the confirmation for reservation is subject to availability and eligibility and those bookings for the same open 3 months in advance from the selected holiday date.
  9. I/We understand that any part payment made by me /us towards any outstanding shall first be appropriated towards interest and then earlier dues/outstanding.
  10. I/ We confirm that there are no other verbal/ written promises or any other assurances not mentioned in the Membership Rules that have been made by any personnel(Employees/Franchise ,Agents etc) of TVTRIPNSTAY HOLIDAYS PVT LTD.

01.    When can I book my holidays?

You should book your holiday the way you want when you want!

With Club Travalet you can make your holiday reservations as early as 3 months or even  as close to 10 day before your holiday (subject to availability of rooms)

The earlier you book the easier it is to get the destinations and dates of your choice. Our bookings fill up fast during the peak season.

We recommend you plan your holiday well in advance, especially during the peak season. National and Public holiday long weekends)

The below dates room booking is subject to availability of rooms or availability of members or available to members

BLACK OUT DATES :

December 22 to January 5, Diwalli, Pooja holidays, Pongal, Onam, Ramzan, Bakrid,local festivals (Viz : Thrisur Pooram,Srikrishna Jayanthi etc).
